However CCCG Club does not represent or warrant its accuracy or timeliness, and such information may be incomplete or condensed. This helps us in our ongoing efforts to improve our apps and the on–line experience for our visitors. We also monitor your usage of our apps to make improvements and provide other items you might want to know about.

We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and so we can provide you with increased standards in the Club, on our apps and on–line.
We always provide customers with an opportunity to opt–out of receiving information or offers. If you don’t wish to receive new information, just use the feedback form and we will delete your details from internal marketing lists and future campaigns.
If we can (and the customer wants us to), we deal with customers anonymously when entering transactions.
Information Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to others that assist us in providing our products and services eg, mailing houses.
We may also disclose your personal information to related organizations or parent body.
If you agree to have your details disclosed to other organizations, we will take steps to protect the privacy of your personal information.

Declarations and Consent
I am over the age of 18 years and wish to become an Ordinary Member of Mount Pritchard & District Community Club Limited ("CCCG") and request that you enter my name on the Register of Members accordingly.
I agree to be bound by CCCG's Constitution and any rules or by-laws of CCCG from time to time that are in force.
I consent to receiving marketing materials, advertising materials and other offer materials from CCCG including but not limited to material relating to birthday rewards, prize draws, promotions, entertainment, food, beverage, gaming machines, gaming and the CCCG Club Rewards loyalty program.
I understand that membership is not transferable and the fee, or any part thereof is not refundable. Perpetual membership exists for the life of the member or until a written resignation letter is received. All Club Members over 18 years are entitled to participate in CCCG Club Rewards loyalty program (except for employees and contractor, who are subject to restrictions).
I agree that my participation in the CCCG Club rewards loyalty program is subject to the CCCG Club Rewards Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time). I consent to the automatic renewal of my membership when I have sufficient Club Rewards Points.
Privacy Act
If you do not provide us your personal information we cannot process your membership application. The primary uses of personal information collected by Mount Pritchard District Community Club Limited ("CCCG") includes meeting the requirements of the Registered Clubs Act 1976, the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act 2006, the Financial Transactions Reports Act 1988 and other relevant legislation, processing member applications, to identify you, to provide you goods and services, to record which goods and services you use, and to advertise opportunities and goods and services provided or offered by CCCG, or companies in which the CCCG has an ownership interest to you.
CCCG may disclose your information to companies in which it has an ownership interest for the advertising of goods and services to you and it may disclose your personal information to third parties that provide services under contract to CCCG. We would not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties unless if required by law. You can gain access to the information we hold on you by contacting our Privacy Officer.
